What is keto diet?
In our daily life diet plan is high carbohydrates and low protein & medium fat.This diet plan is not helpful for our complete body shape.Our body becomes overweight.We need weight loss diet.
KETOGENIC DIET means High fat and low carbohydrate & moderate protein diet. This diet basically weight loss diet. When you consume more carbohydrates its converted into glucose in our body and stored as a fat. So our body becomes overweight. When we start keto diet we consume low carbohydrate and high fat. This condition our body becomes ketostate means stored fat in our body burn into energy. Now we maintain our body weight.
In this diet we should avoid carbohydrates foods like Rice, Chapati, Sugar, Chocolate, all types of Jung foods.
We should consume Fat & Protein foods like Egg, Chicken, Nuts, seeds, fish, Paneer.

BREAKFAST: Egg whites, 2 whole eggs, Almond/Peanuts/seeds(flexseeds), spinach, omlate/Egg bhurji.
LUNCH: Grilled chicken, Mushroom, Mixed veg salad, Boiled Brocli, cooked in olive oil, Seeds.
DINNER: Paneer/Tofu/Fish, Whole eggs, Chees, Cabbage, Mixed vegetables salad, Use Olive Oil
- During keto diet fiver in our body becomes low. So you should add more vegetables, seeds & Nuts in your diet.
- You should consume Fat because fats provide calories. If you not consume fats then your body becomes less weight because carbohydrates also low at that time.
- In Keto diet Carbs become low in your body so amount of water also down. When you consume 1 gm of carb that time your body hold three times more water. So you should drink more water at that time.
