A healthy Diet is one of the best way to prevent Corona disease. You should follow one such of diet that can boost your Immunity System to fight against Corona viruses. You should add more vitamins, minerals, Fibers, Proteins, antioxidants and unsaturated fats in your diet. Avoid high Sodium Foods, Junk and Fast foods, high sugar foods.
What To Eat For Preventing Covid19
Green Leafy Vegetables
Green leafy vegetables contains many essential nutrients and antioxidant. They are rich in Zinc, Iron, Folate, Vitamin A, Vitamin C and Vitamin Vitamin C and Vitamin E can help support the Immunity System. Green vegetables are healthiest when cooked as little as possible so that it retain nutrients. You should perfectly wash the vegetables before eating.
You can eat Broccoli, Spinach, Kale, Cauliflower, Carrots.
Seasonal Fruits
For Immunity Boosting you must intake Vitamin C. All seasonal fruits are rich in Vitamin C.
Vitamin C helps to Boosting the production of white blood cells. It's also helps to removing free radicals from your body and prevent cells damage.
You can eat Papayas, Oranges, Pomegranate, Guavas, Berries, Kiwis.
Protein
Antibodies in your body which are helps to fight against viruses and bacteria that are made of Protein. You should include Protein rich foods in your diet to boost Immunity system.
You can eat Chicken breast, Eggs, Salmon and Tuna. If you are vegetarian then you can eat Lentils, Yogurt, Paneer, Beans, Almonds.

You should start your day with drinking of 1 glass lemon water(warm) and add little amount of Turmeric and Ginger.
Breakfast
Breakfast Is a must and person should have proper Breakfast. You can eat Idli, Dosa, Oats, Sprouts, Chapati with ghee. If you like non veg then you can add 2 eggs. Also you can drink 1 cup of green tea.
Mid Morning Meal
During this time you can eat vitamin C rich fruits like Guava, Oranges, Pomegranate and Papayas. Also you can drink coconut water.
Lunch
You can eat Chapati or Rice, add green leafy vegetables (spinach and broccoli is better), add 1 cup of Lentils and add 1 cup of yogurt. If you like non veg then you can add fish or chicken curry.
Mid Evening Snacks
During this time you can eat Dates, Nuts like almonds, Cashews and add seeds like CHIASEEDS or Flaxseeds, Black Chana. Again you can eat 1 seasonal fruit.
Dinner
Dinner should be lightest among the whole days routine. You can eat mix vegetables soup, very thin pulses, 1 to 2 chapaties, Paneer, 1 cup of yogurt.
- Before sleep you can drink 1 glass of warm milk with Turmeric and add black Peppers in this drink. This drink helpful for your good sleep which helps to boost your Immunity System.
You can alternate these foods Day by Day.
You should avoid Junk and Fast foods, Tea and Coffee, Soft Drinks, Alcohol and smoking, Processed Foods, Spicy Foods.
