If you want to gain your weight then you should avoid Jung and Sweet foods. These foods are sources of unhealthy fat. You should follow correct weight gain diet plan.
DIET PLAN
Start of your day you should drink 1 glass of warm water. It's helpful for your blood circulation.
Breakfast: In Breakfast you can add 10 almonds or walnuts, Oats with Milk and One Banana, add 1 TBS of Honey for test and take 2 whole eggs. If you like Parathas you can eat 2parathas with curds or egg bhurji.
MID MORNING MEAL: In this meal you can eat fruits like Mangoes, Apple, Dates, Banana or Banana shack, watermelon.
LUNCH: In Lunch You can eat white Rice or Chapati with Mix vegetables/One bowl of Lentils. If you want Protein from this meal you should add 100gm of Panner or 2 to 3 egg whites.
EVENING SNACKS: In this meal you can eat 4 slices of brown breads with peanut butter or add bread Omlete, Moreover You can add 100gm of Roasted Chana and 28gm of peanuts with 1 cup of tea.
- If you want fast result from weight gain diet plan then you should do workout.
POST WORKOUT MEAL: After workout you can add Protein. Take 2 to 4 egg whites, one banana.
DINNER: Dinner almost same as lunch. Eat 2 or 3 Chapati/White Rice with 1 cup of Lentils and salad.
- Before 1 hour of sleep you can drink 1 glass of warm Milk with Honey.
